Fat Cat Account
This account
for children up to the age of 12 helps kids learn the fundamentals
of saving and money management early.
The Fat Cat
account is an interest-bearing account with interest calculated
daily and paid monthly into the account. There are no service charges
on in-branch withdrawals and deposits.
A child may
get a MemberCard® debit card for their Fat Cat account so long
as a parent or guardian agrees and signs with their child for the
card. Service charges will be applied to all MemberCard® transactions.
Fat Cat Term Deposit
We also offer
Fat Cat Term Deposits at the same going interest rate as our regular
term deposit products. Your child can open a term deposit with as
little as $100.00.
