Your satisfaction is at least 70% in all categories, considerably higher than you rated your other financial providers!

• The highest ratings were in the “staff” category – here you rated us 80% and above in all “staff” categories
• 74% of respondents consider Apex their primary financial institution

Based on your written comments, we want you to know that:

• Two of our corporate goals are to: expand branches within Calgary and replace our banking machines so they accept deposits
• We have financial advisors in all our branches who are skilled and eager to work with you to build your financial plan.
• Apex does offer the RESP (Registered Education Savings Plan) product…just ask our in branch financial advisors
• We do offer internet and telephone banking
• We have ATM machines at all our locations. Check the “contact us” page on our website for all branch and ATM locations and branch hours
• Our student members love our new products and services designed just for them. They are thrilled with our “no fee” account that gives them unlimited transactions “free”, our new scholarship program…not to mention our guaranteed $2500 student loan. • We continue with our branch sharing arrangement with Servus Credit Union (formerly Capital City Savings). Further information will be announced as we proceed with this very exciting and innovative partnership. Stay tuned for some very positive enhancements to our business.
• You are correct; our ATM’s don’t take deposits, so we have made special arrangements with other Credit Unions throughout the city and province to accept your deposits in their machines.
• YES ~ we do answer our phones!!!
