The University of Calgary Dinos

Since 1964, the Dinos have brought home 110 Canada West Conference Championships and 32 CIS National Championships. The Dinos consist of 22 teams competing in 12 varsity sports (Men's & Women's - basketball, volleyball, hockey, soccer, swimming, wrestling, track & field, cross county running, tennis, golf, men's football and women's field hockey). University of Calgary students receive FREE ADMISSION to all Dinos home regular season events...so come check us out and cheer on your team!

The Mount Royal Cougars

For over 30 years now, Mount Royal College Cougar Athletics has been recognized by the Canadian Colleges Athletic Association (CCAA) as being the #1 college athletic program in Canada. Each and every year the Cougars continue to build on their proud tradition of success this season promises to deliver more of the same.

With 10 exciting teams competing in six different sports, the Cougars offer entertainment opportunities for a wide variety of sports fans. Combine that with free admission for all MRC students and discounted rates for all other students and you will find the Cougars to be one of the best entertainment options in town.

SAIT Polytech Trojans

The SAIT Trojans have been part of the ACAC (Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference) and CCAA (Canadian Colleges Athletic Association) since 1964. Over the past 42 years, the Trojans have collected 127 Gold Medals in the ACAC and 9 Gold, 18 Silver, and 8 Bronze in the CCAA. At SAIT, we are proud of our student-athletes' academic and athletic success.

The Trojans participate in ten intercollegiate sports - men's and women's hockey, volleyball, hockey, soccer; and curling and cross-country running. The 2005-06 season was a very successful one, with Women's Hockey winning the ACAC championship title, Men's Hockey and Men's Basketball earning ACAC Silver, and Women's Basketball bringing home the ACAC Bronze. We look forward to an equally successful 2006-07 season!
